30 Years in the trenches
I am an equipper and helper called to raise African youths and women through teaching, training, and mentoring so they can have the clarity and courage to pursue God's purposes for themselves and their nations.
I want to see an army of young African people who are disciplined and driven to be the best version of themselves, pursuing their God-given vision and purposes and moving their nations into greatness.

To raise youths and young women to know and understand God’s mandate for their lives and pursue this mandate with courage through their person, families, career, ministry and resources, creating phenomenal transformation in society.
A Multi-Influential Leader
With over 19 years of experience in company law and practice, I am a dedicated multi-influential leader committed to fostering excellence in legal and governance frameworks. As a Principal Partner at SAALAW, I provide strategic legal advisement and serve on the boards of various companies and nonprofits, fulfilling roles as both legal adviser and company secretary.
I am an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). My academic credentials include being an Alumnus of The Hague Academy of International Law (The Netherlands) and the Institute for National Transformation (INT), where I currently contribute as a faculty member. Recently, I earned my MPA professional degree in Public Administration.
My analytical mindset and objective approach empower me to create effective solutions for organizations. I specialize in guiding entities through complex legal, management, and governance challenges. As a proven team leader, I excel in communication, work ethics, and instilling the three pillars of Order, Value, and Sustainability in individuals and institutions. I am deeply passionate about generating value for individuals, corporate bodies, and public organizations.
Throughout my career, I have collaborated with numerous organizations on projects involving enterprise governance, corporate governance, joint ventures, and the formulation of commercial contracts and legal instruments across various sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, IT, and healthcare. My books, “Your Business Legal Companion: Business Incorporations and Its Dynamics” and “Your Business and The Law: What to Do to Stay Out of Trouble,” serve as essential resources for entrepreneurs.
I am a proud Alumnus of the Institute for National Transformation, where I honed my leadership skills and deepened my commitment to societal governance. As a youth advocate, I empower young people to pursue their visions with clarity and courage through my NGO, Succour for Nations Development Initiatives. Our mission is to transform African nations, particularly Nigeria, by cultivating leadership skills, integrity, and character, thereby reshaping the narrative of governance across the continent.
My faith is a cornerstone of my life, inspiring me to raise a community of young women dedicated to serving God and making a societal impact. Through the Leading Female Entrepreneur Network, I nurture women of spiritual intimacy, vision, power, influence, character, and balance, fostering transformation in society.
Over the years, I have worked with many organisations advising and executing projects on matters involving enterprise governance, corporate governance, joint ventures, and providing commercial contracts and other legal instruments for the business interests of individuals and corporations in various sectors including real estate, manufacturing, IT, healthcare. energy etcetera. I pride myself in my capacity to manage boards of different capacities; guiding them through corporate and regulatory compliance. My areas of proficiencies span across, Board Management, Corporate Law and Practice, Employment Law, Contract Negotiations, Legal Compliance, Legal Documentation, Joint ventures, FDIs, Project Financing, Corporate Administration, etc.

I am a proud Alumnus of the Institute for National Transformation where I have developed my leadership skills and my calling into the governance sphere of the society. A youth advocate raising young people with clarity and courage to pursue their vision in life and become valuable citizens through my NGO -Succour for Nations Development Initiatives; with the mission to build the nations of Africa by engaging in societal transformation through the re-engineering of values in governance and leadership; propagating principles for governing institutions and nations. My mission here is to see African nations, especially Nigeria, move from the status of developing nations to becoming giant nations through developing leadership skills, competence, integrity and character thereby changing the narrative of governance all over Africa.
I am a deep lover of God and his Kingdom. This passion for God’s Kingdom has led me to call to raise a company of young women who love, serve and live for God with their all; creating societal impact and transformation through a life of purpose and balance. The Leading Female Entrepreneur Network is the platform through which I raise women of spiritual intimacy, vision, power, influence, character and balance; that will create phenomenal transformation in the society.
